This is an action by Cherry Manor, Inc. (hereafter “Cherry Manor”), against American Health Care, Inc. (hereafter “American Health”), and American Capital Management Services, Inc. (hereafter American Capital), seeking a deficiency judgment on a purchase money promissory note.
