In this adversary proceeding, Richard A. Wieland, the United States Trustee for this region (“Plaintiff’), requests that the Court deny a discharge to David Wayne Miller, II and Heather Leigh Miller (the “Millers” or “Defendants”) under 11 U.S.C.A. § 727(a)(2), (3), (4), (5), and (7).
