Sherman L. Compton brought this action against First Protection Life Insurance Company (the Company) to recover monthly payments aggregating $914.90 under an alleged oral contract of credit accident and health insurance. A jury returned a verdict for Compton in the amount sued for; the trial court entered judgment on the verdict.
