This is an action of trespass brought by Mrs. Viola B. Bowles, widow of Carlton J. Bowles, for herself and as trustee ad litem for the Clearfield Trust Company as guardian of Eugene Bowles and Autumn Bowles, against Mike Evanuik, the defendant. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff, Viola Bressler Bowles, and against the defendant, Mike Evanuik, for the use of the following persons and in the following amounts, to wit: Viola Bressler Bowles, individually, $1,000.00; for the use of Blaine Norris, Executor of the Estate of Carlton J. Bowles, $978.00;…
