COZORT, Judge.

Defendant was charged in indictments proper in form with four counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell and three counts of sale and delivery of cocaine. He was found guilty of all charges and received consecutive sentences of three and ten years. On appeal, defendant contends it was error for his case to be tried by the same trial judge who rejected a plea agreement because the judge did not believe the plea was voluntarily made by defendant.
