In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Kohn, J.), entered May 21, 1996, which (1) granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint, and (2) denied their cross motion for leave to amend the notices of claim submitted by nonparty Allstate Insurance Company.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
