I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Harry Hagan, who suffers from depression, anxiety, sleeping problems, and fluid in the brain, seeks review of the decision denying his application for Social Security Disability benefits (“SSD”), and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”).
