HOUSER, Commissioner.
This is a proceeding for the discovery of assets under § 462.400. 1 On November 29, 1954 Mary E. Edlen, Administra-trix of the Estate of W. A. Tweed, Deceased, filed the statutory affidavit against her stepmother, Lucile Tweed, charging that the latter had concealed, embezzled and unlawfully withheld property, or the proceeds thereof, belonging to the estate, namely, 26 certain head of cattle, an autoi mobile, 500 bushels of corn, 20 bushels of wheat, 300 bales of hay, certain farm machinery, and a promissory note for $300.
