Petitioner was adjudged in contempt by the Probate Court of DeKalb County, Missouri, for failing to comply with a judgment in a proceeding to discover assets of an estate, and ordered confined in jail until the petitioner deliver to the adminstratrix of the estate of petitioner's father the sum of $2,000.00…
