¶ 1 Appellant, Darrell Kimbrough (“Kimbrough”), appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on September 27, 2000, by the Honorable Carmen D. Mino-ra, Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, following a jury trial wherein Kimbrough was found guilty of third-degree murder, 18 PA. CONS. STAT. ANN. § 2502(e), and voluntary manslaughter, 18 PA. CONS. STAT.
