II1 Appellant, Marcus Lloyd, appeals from a judgment of sentence entered in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas after a jury found him guilty of two counts of murder in the first degree, 1 one count each of robbery 2 and criminal conspiracy, 3 and sentenced him to death. As a result of his first appeal directly to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court challenging the imposition of his death sentences, Appellant was resentenced to consecutive life sentences.
