Appellant Ronald Murphy (“Murphy”) appeals from the Superior Court’s order affirming the judgment of sentence imposed against him by the Court of Common Pleas of York County as a result of his convictions for delivery of a controlled substance, 35 P.S. § 780—HS/alCSO), 1 and for conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance,18 Pa.C.S. § 903. 2 We affirm.
