KLAPHAKE, Judge.

Appellants Paul M. and Deborah A. Steiner sued respondent Beaudry Oil & Service, Inc., d/b/a Beaudry Oil Company and Car Wash (Beaudry Oil), claiming negligence after fuel oil leaked out of a storage tank and damaged their property. Beaudiy Oil had delivered the fuel oil to them home. Beaudry Oil appeals from the trial court’s denial of its motions for a new trial and for an equitable lien.
