¶ 1 Jay Michael Boyer, Jr. (Appellant) appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Union County, following his conviction for one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, two counts of robbery, one count of burglary, and two counts each of terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, and simple assault.
