Plaintiff Jeffrey Cohen, purportedly on behalf of himself and others similarly situated, asserts that defendant Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc. (“Gerson” or “the Company”) violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (the “FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and New York Labor Law § 663 by Ming to compensate its research associates for hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week.
