DIBELL, Justice.

Action by the plaintiff to recover for personal injuries sustained when an auto in which she was riding, driven by her husband, on state highway No. 35 in Itasca county, came in contact with the center pier of defendant’s railway bridge which spanned the highway. The negligence alleged was that the defendant failed to maintain the bridge in proper condition. In substance it was that it failed to have an effective reflector on the center pier.
