Appeal by George Garner from judgment in proceedings under Criminal Rule 33.03, V.A.M.R., overruling motion to quash search warrant, to suppress as evidence property seized thereunder, and to have returned to him as owner the property so seized. The motion presented federal and state constitutional issues which were renewed in the motion for new trial and preserved in the brief on appeal.
