OPINION

BRUGGINK, Judge.

This case is presently before the court on plaintiff’s motion for leave to take three depositions and defendant’s motion for a protective order with respect to all discovery. After considering the briefing of *175the parties, and in light of the applicable law, the court denies plaintiff’s motion, and grants in part, and denies in part, defendant’s motion.

BACKGROUND
