MEMORANDUM OPINION

RICHARD W. ROBERTS, District Judge.

Defendant Candice Pollard filed a motion under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate her sentence arguing that her counsel provided ineffective assistance by failing to review her plea agreement, explain the import to her of United States v. Booker, 543 U.S. 220, 125 S.Ct. 738, 160 L.Ed.2d 621 (2005), prepare for hearings, and advise her of the status of her case, and that the government’s failure to file a motion to reduce her sentence was prosecutorial misconduct.
