This is an appeal from the judgment of. the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas granting appellee, Winzeler Excavating Company (“Winzeler”), summary judgment.

This case arose from a fall which occurred on Sudbury Drive in Kettering, Montgomery County, Ohio. On April 25,1989, appellant Ethel V. Borchers drove to 3200 Sudbury Drive to visit her mother.
