Plaintiff, a dissatisfied purchaser of a used car, sued the seller of the car and a financing company for violations of the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.
