OPINION
EDWARD WEINFELD, District Judge.
This is a motion, upon consent of the parties to this action, for an order (1) that the action be conditionally maintained as a class action, and (2) approving a settlement for the benefit of the class.
The action is one of a number that followed in the wake of a battle for control of Armour and Company. The two contending forces were General Host Corporation and Greyhound Corporation.
