This is yet another lawsuit arising from the 1969 contest between General Host Corporation (“General Host”) and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Greyhound Corporation (“Greyhound”) for control of Armour & Co. (“Armour”). 1 Plaintiff Alan L.
