Nos. 17, 29, 1 (2) Plaintiffs motion to strike an exhibit attached to Defendant’s reply brief or, in the alterna tive, to file a surreply, Doc. No. 35, (3) Defendant’s motion for a preliminary injunction, Doc. No. 37, and (4) Defendant’s motion for limited, expedited discovery, Doc. No. 38.
