This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of San Mateo County on a cross-complaint for reformation of a deed. Plaintiffs Marion Vecki and Vera Vecki, his wife, brought an action for damages resulting from subsidence due to removal of lateral and subjacent support as a result of quarrying operations carried on by respondent, Peter Sorensen, and for injunctive relief.
