This action was for a decree reforming a contract of purchase and a deed to thirty acres of land in Orange County made and executed to plaintiff and the intestate in her lifetime, and further quieting the title of plaintiff to said land against the estate of said decedent.

There was no conflict in the evidence in the case. It was all produced by plaintiff. Certain facts are as follows: Plaintiff is the only son and decedent was the mother of Minnie W. Horton. Mrs. Horton died testate September 23, 1909, several years before her mother, and by her will bequeathed to the latter certain personal…
