STRUCKMEYER, Justice.
Plaintiff commenced this action to recover damages sustained as a result of an alleged breach of contract by anticipatory repudiation. Defendants filed a counterclaim alleging the breach was by the plaintiff. This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a directed verdict in favor of defendants and from the judgment entered in favor of defendants on their counterclaim.
On November 20, 1956, plaintiff and defendants entered into an agreement the terms of which provided that plaintiff would construct a building on land owned by him and lease it to defendants for ten years.…
