1Opinion of the CourtGreaney, C.J.
This is an action by Computer Systems of America, Inc. (CSA), against Western Reserve Life Assurance Company of Ohio (Western Reserve) for breach of a lease of computer equipment. A judge of the Superior Court, after trial without a jury, concluded that Western Reserve had properly terminated the lease and, further, that because CSA had not complied with certain provisions of the lease it was not entitled to be paid a termination charge as called for by the lease. CSA has appealed. We reverse.
