Computer Systems of America, Inc., and Keohane (see note 2, jointly referred to as CSA) appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court dismissing their counterclaims against Zayre Corp. (Zayre) and Comdisco, Inc. (Comdisco). Zayre and Comdisco by their complaint had sought declaratory relief against CSA. This complaint now has been waived.
