I. INTRODUCTION
Appellants appeal as a matter-of-right 1 from a Court of Appeals’s order that denied their petition for a writ prohibiting the trial court from staying discovery in a civil action pending the outcome of the appeal of summary judgments, which had dismissed some of the defendants in the case.
