MEMORANDUM

FULLAM, District Judge.

Greyhound Lines, Inc. has filed a reclamation petition, seeking to recover a balance of $36,790.42, representing the net proceeds of bus tickets sold by the Debtor, prior to the filing of its reorganization petition on June 21, 1970, pursuant to an agency agreement between the two companies. The agreement requires the Debtor to submit monthly statements of tickets sold, and to remit monthly to Greyhound the proceeds of such sales, less Debtor’s compensation thereunder.
