FACTS
These cases were commenced on July 29, 1982 with the filing of separate involuntary petitions in bankruptcy against Chaim Ein-horn (“Einhorn”), individually and Vacation Planning Center, Inc. (“Vacation”), (collectively, the “debtors”), a travel agency of which Einhorn was president and sole stockholder. The petitions were filed by three airlines, Pan American World Airways (“Pan Am”), British Airways (“BA”) and Trans World Airways (“TWA”) (collectively, the “petitioning creditors”).
