MEMORANDUM OPINION

Defendant in this action, Penn-Dixie Steel Corporation (“Penn-Dixie”) is engaged in the production of a diversified line of fabricated steel products. On April 7, 1980, it filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. 1 The plaintiff, Thunderbird Motor Freight Lines, Inc.
