Before the Court is “Defendants’ Emergency Motion For Dismissal And Discovery Sanctions”. The motion is granted.

“Defendants’ Emergency Motion For Dismissal And Discovery Sanctions ” is brought pursuant to Rule 37 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
