Before the Court is Defendant’s motion for sanctions arising from Plaintiffs alleged spoliation of evidence during the deposition of George W. Tolson, Jr. Mr. Tolson served as the General Manager for Plaintiff, Multiservice Joint Venture, LLC (“Multiservice”), and he oversaw the performance of a janitorial services contract at the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland.
