This is a consolidated securities action purportedly brought on behalf of a class of all purchasers of U.S. exchange-traded securities of Centráis Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. (“Eletrobras” or the “Company”) between August 17, 2010 and June 24, 2015 (the “class period”). The lead plaintiffs, the City of Providence and Dominique Lavoie (the “plaintiffs”) filed a Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) on February 26, 2016.
