ORDER
The plaintiff-appellee filed a petition for panel rehearing, and rehearing en banc, on November 16, 2010. All the judges on the panel have voted to deny the petition, and no judge has requested a vote on rehear ing the case en banc. But in view of the accusations leveled in the petition by the plaintiffs lawyer, Clinton A.
