MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

AMY J. ST. EVE, District Judge:

This consolidated class action arises from numerous cases brought against AT & T Mobility, L.L.C. (“AT & T”), for its collection of certain state and local taxes in alleged violation of the Internet Tax Freedom Act (“ITFA”). The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (“the JPML”) centralized twenty-eight actions against AT & T pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1408 in this Court. (R. 1.)
