Plaintiff, Spray Products Corporation, has filed the instant motion under Rule 37, 28 U.S.C.A. to compel the defendant, A. Frank Strouse, to produce certain documents specified in a certain item of the subpoena duces tecum issued February 27, 1961, and to answer certain questions put to him at the oral deposition on March 10, 1961.
