Nine black citizens of Prince George’s County, Maryland, and the Prince George’s County Chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) allege a violation of certain constitutional rights resulting from a systematic pattern of police brutality aimed at black people in Prince George’s County. The individual plaintiffs all claim to be the victims of individual acts of police brutality. The NAACP is suing on behalf of its members which it alleges are subject to the police brutality.
