Plaintiffs Bank of America Corporation (“BAC”), Bank of America, N.A. (“BNA”), Bank of America Overseas Corporation (“BAOC”), and BankAmerica International Financial Corporation (“BIFC”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) bring this action alleging fraudulent inducement, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract.
