This case represents another chapter in the very bitter and very unfortunate dispute between Plaintiffs The Armenian Assembly of America, Inc. (“the Assembly”) and The Armenian Genocide Museum and Memorial, Inc. (“AGM & M”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) and Defendants Gerald L. Cafesjian (“Cafesjian”), John J. Waters, Jr. (“Waters, Jr.”), The Cafesjian Family Foundation, Inc. (“CFF”), and The Tom-kat Limited Partnership (“Tomkat”) (collectively, “Defendants”).
