The plaintiff, The Land Group, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the defendants, Carl J. Palmieri, as trustee and in his individual capacity, Frank Palmieri, as trustee and in his individual capacity, Mary Gai, Florence Palmieri and Marie Palmieri, executrix of the estate of Vincent Palmieri. The court found that the defendants did not breach the parties’ contract for the purchase and sale of the real estate at issue.
