This is an appeal from a judgment of the trial court holding the defendant Bill & Vince’s, Inc., in breach of contract for the purchase of a liquor license and for nonpayment of rent in connection with a lease of a restaurant. In its answer defendant pleaded that the entire transaction between the parties had been induced by the fraudulent representations of plaintiff, and set up affirmative defenses and causes of counterclaim based on its attempted rescission of the transaction.
