WILKINSON, Circuit Judge:
Jason Mann brought a False Claims Act (“FCA”) retaliation action against Heckler & Koch Defense, Inc. (“HKD”). He argued that HKD took adverse employment action against him because he investigated and opposed HKD’s attempts to defraud the United States.
