Moss G. Allen, appellee, sued Dallas Railway & Terminal Company, appellant, to recover damages for personal injuries growing out of a collision between a fire truck, upon which plaintiff was riding, in the discharge of duty as fireman, and one of appellant’s street cars. The collision took place at the intersection of Haskell avenue and Main street, in the city of Dallas, while the fire truck was going south on Haskell and the street car was traveling west on Main.
