Certiorari to review decisions of the director of the division of employment and security.

By order of this court, two cases were consolidated for hearing upon one set of briefs.

Mankato Soybean Products, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, referred to herein as Soybean or the first or original employing unit, was an employer subject to the Minnesota employment and security law from March 1, 1939, to September 1, 1947.
