Certiorari upon relation of American Television & Radio Company, employer, to review a decision of the commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Employment Security affirming a decision of the Appeal Tribunal of said department.

Employer, a manufacturer of vibrators and related equipment at St. Paul, Minnesota, entered into a collective bargaining agreement on May 17, 1956, with the International Union of Electrical, Radio, and Machine Workers, Local 1117, CIO, of St. Paul.
