Writ of certiorari to review a decision of the Department of Employment Security issued upon the relation of Bruce G. Olson.

Relator, a high school graduate, age 26, single, was discharged from the United States Army on November 25, 1958, whereupon he went to live with his parents on a farm near Belgrade, Minnesota. He had received some training as a radio repairman but had no actual experience in that field of work. He had driven a jeep, mainly. On December 9, 1958, relator filed an initial claim for benefits under the provisions of the Ex-Servicemen’s Unemployment…
