OPINION AND ORDER
FINESILVER, District Judge.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE, Plaintiffs, Gerstle and Ciancio, seek Continental Airline reinstatement to positions as flight hostesses, determination of seniority, back pay and other relief pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.A. Section 2000e et seq. [hereinafter sometimes referred to as Title VII].
Both plaintiffs at the commencement of their employment with Continental signed statements that in the event of marriage “my resignation becomes automatic.” 1
